Austin received an URSA Engage scholaship in 2015 to work on a project where the purpose was to develop a web-based Dynamic Impact Approach (DIA) tool. The tool is available online. Austin current project is to validate the DIA using public available data from multiple complex experiments.
Austin presented his work at the 2016 International Conference on Biological Ontology & BioCreative as a poster and he got the Best Poster award! Here the poster DIA poster.pdf
