Katie received an URSA Engage scholarship in 2017 and a Continuing Researchers Support Program . She is involved in two projects:
- development of the Dynamic Impact Approach tool.Her role is to update KEGG pathways database and direction of the impact of each gene in pathways. She has completed her task and the DIA is now updated.
- the study of the pharmacokinetics of 2,4-thiazolidinedione in goats using HPLC
