The main purpose of the project was to evaluate the effect of feeding poison oak on milk micro RNA
The objectives of the project are to test if :
- feeding poison oak to goats has an effect on the abundance of miRNA in exosomes isolated from milk
- pasteurization of the milk has an effect on the abundance of miRNA in exosomes isolated from milk
