Ongoing Project 2020-22: In vivo dose-response of rumen-protected fatty acids to implement nutrigenomic approach in dairy cows

Objective: To determine the dose of dietary rumen-protected fatty acid mixture with the maximal activation of PPAR

After running in vitro assays, we determined the combination of fatty acids that maximize the activation of PPAR in dairy cows. We are validating the in vitro data by an in vivo experiment
