Objective: Test the effect of Se-enriched hay on liver and immune system of transition cows
Liver samples collected during the dry period and lactation and macrophages isolated from the milk were collected from Jersey cows supplemented with 1% BW of Se-biofortified alfalfa. Whole transcriptome analysis is performed using RNAseq.
